Privacy Policy
Saturday Sweets sells curated boxes of imported Swedish candy direct to consumers in the United States. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit saturdaysweetsofficial.com, what tracks you, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect three kinds of information.
- Your email address, when you join our launch list on this site or through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form.
- Order and shipping details you enter at checkout: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Checkout is run by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and how you move through the site.
Analytics and advertising tools on this site
These tools run on saturdaysweetsofficial.com. Each one is named so you know exactly what is here.
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram). Used for advertising measurement and audience building: they tell us whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase, and let us show ads to people similar to our visitors.
- TikTok Pixel. Used for advertising measurement and audience building in the same way.
- Google Analytics. Used to count visits and understand which pages and products people look at.
- Microsoft Clarity. Records session replays and heatmaps of how visitors interact with pages: where you scroll, tap, and click. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default. We use it to find confusing parts of the site and fix them.
Meta, TikTok, Google, and Microsoft receive this data under their own privacy policies and may combine it with information they already hold about you.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order and answer questions about it.
- To send launch and drop announcements you signed up for.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To improve the site itself.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA.
To opt out, email saturdaysweetsofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." You can also block these pixels using the cookie controls described below. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make any other request, email us at the same address. We will confirm your identity by replying to the email address we have on file, and we respond within 45 days.
Email marketing
We only send launch and drop announcements to people who signed up for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list. You can also email saturdaysweetsofficial@gmail.com and we will remove you.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. We keep your email on our launch list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept for the default retention period of each tool.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information: the site runs over HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, and payment details are handled entirely by Shopify. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This site is operated by Saturday Sweets LLC. For any privacy or legal request, email saturdaysweetsofficial@gmail.com. Tell us what you would like us to do (know, delete, correct, or opt out) and we will reply from that address.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
