Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We cannot ship internationally right now.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on the Bento box. Any other shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Pre-orders and ship dates
Drop 01 is sold as a pre-order and ships by October 10, 2026. You will get an email with tracking when your box leaves our Newport Beach facility.
If we cannot ship by the stated date, we will notify you by email with a revised date and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund. This is consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If you do not hear from us, your order is on track.
Changing or cancelling before shipment
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Email saturdaysweetsofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Need to change your address? Email us before the ship date and we will update it.
Delivery
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address, but we will always help you track a package down.
Damaged, melted, or incorrect orders
If your box arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page.
