Returns and Refunds
Candy is perishable, so our policy is simple and generous where it can be.
Cancelling a pre-order
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before shipment for a full refund. Email saturdaysweetsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will take care of it.
Returns
Because this is food, we cannot accept returns of opened product. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right another way — see below.
Damaged, melted, or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Please keep the box and packaging until we reply.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Shopify processes the refund, and it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
