The short, readable version of the rules for shopping with us.
Who we are
This site is operated by Saturday Sweets LLC, a California limited liability company. We sell curated boxes of imported Swedish candy direct to consumers in the United States. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
- You must be at least 18, or using the site with a parent or guardian.
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or try to access parts you are not meant to.
- Do not copy or scrape the site's content for commercial use.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Some products are sold as pre-orders. Ship dates, delays, and cancellation are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds pages.
Pricing and description errors
We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong information, we may correct the error, cancel affected orders, and refund you in full. We will email you if this affects your order.
About the candy
Our candy is made by third-party manufacturers in Sweden and packed by hand in the United States. Ingredient and allergen details are on the product page. Drop contents rotate, so please check the page for each drop before you order.
Intellectual property
The Saturday Sweets name, logo, box design, photos, illustrations, and text on this site belong to Saturday Sweets LLC or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission. Candy brand names belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Saturday Sweets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
